Anveshika Sharma brings over ten years of experience in investment readiness, program development, and international market expansion, with a focus on enabling founders to scale and succeed in competitive markets. At ventureLAB, Anveshika serves as Senior Manager, Programs, where she oversees the Soft Landing and Start-up Visa program, and TechEdge, ventureLAB’s scale-up initiative for HardTech and AI companies. She works with global founders to navigate the Canadian innovation ecosystem, strengthen investment readiness, and expand into international markets.

Before joining ventureLAB, Anveshika managed VC and PE partnerships at Microsoft India, where she built strategic alliances and strengthened ecosystem engagement. Her expertise spans evaluating early-stage investments, designing pathways for startup growth, and guiding entrepreneurs in scaling their ventures internationally. Passionate about disruptive innovation and emerging technologies, Anveshika is committed to bridging the gap between global startups and Canada’s innovation ecosystem, helping founders transform ideas into scalable, market-ready businesses.
