Archana Mahajan

Archana is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience across Asia and North America. She is SHRM-SCP certified and holds CHRP and CHRL designations.

At Accenture, Archana supported and advised large organizations on talent, performance management, and employee relations across global operations. At Pathway Communications, she supports and advises senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations, ensuring consistent and compliant people practices across provinces.

Outside of work, Archana volunteers as a Tutor with the Toronto Public Library’s Adult Literacy Program and the Alzheimer’s Society of Toronto, supporting initiatives such as the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s. She also enjoys learning how technology can improve how organizations support their people.
