Noor Haq is the Director of Marketing and Communications at ventureLAB, where she leads brand strategy, storytelling, and strategic initiatives that support Canada’s hardtech and innovation ecosystem. She plays a key role in shaping ventureLAB’s public presence and advancing programs that connect founders, investors, and public sector partners.

With a global career spanning Tokyo, Istanbul, London, and Toronto, Noor brings deep experience across marketing, partnerships, and ecosystem building. She previously held senior roles at the Toronto Business Development Centre and M&C Saatchi London, and holds graduate degrees in Integrated Marketing and Communications and Economics. Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership, Noor is passionate about building high-performing companies and fostering innovation that drives long-term economic impact.
