Yalda Riahi is a seasoned lawyer advising national and international organizations on various areas of law in a diverse range of sectors, including manufacturing, publishing and communications. She is also an entrepreneur, founder and experienced board director. Yalda balances her professional activities with serving on not-for-profit boards and task forces, where her time and expertise can make a difference. She is passionate about efforts that can elevate the community, including those that can result in innovation, economic development and the creation of employment opportunities.
Yalda’s current appointments include serving on the Advisory Board of Project Arrow 2.0, the Board of Directors of Mackenzie Health Foundation and the Board of Directors of CILAC Pro-Bono Legal Clinic. Yalda is a proud alumna of the University of Toronto (EMBA), University of Windsor (LL.B.), University of Detroit Mercy (J.D.), York University (B.A., Hons) and Ryerson University (B.Comm.).
